Returns & Exchanges

At KickAss Products, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
